Charlotte Taylor-Drake MRTPI
Founder & Managing Director
Charlotte founded Taylor Drake in 2025 after a career spanning over a decade in planning consultancy across the South West of England. She has provided commercially sound planning and development advice to public and private clients across a range of sectors including complex mixed-use regeneration, residential, commercial, healthcare, and leisure development.
Prior to founding Taylor Drake, Charlotte was a Director at Avison Young, where she led on planning strategy, applications, and post-permission negotiation for large-scale and complex schemes. Her earlier career was spent at GVA (now Avison Young), where she progressed from Graduate Planner through to Senior Planner. She has a particular interest in Biodiversity Net Gain and nature recovery alongside her broader planning and project delivery expertise.
Charlotte is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
